FRFF presents ’30-Seconds in Winona’, a mini film festival consisting of 30-second films made by the community and at large.

Films should be submitted under one of the following categories…
1) Cinema of the Youth (Open to filmmakers 14 and under to showcase their creative talents. )
• No Entry Fee
2) Reflections
3) Colored Glass
4) Duct Tape Dreams

2. Put your film in the right format. (If you have questions, we can help!)
Technical format:
.mp4 extension
5 Mbps max
720p or 1080p
30 frames per second preferred
Audio should be stereo
Do not put credits in your film. Judges will vote anonymously on winning films.
3. Submit your film and payment by one of the following methods:
Submission Fee: $10 per entry
(films submitted without payment will not be considered)
No submission fee for Cinema of the Youth
Make sure to include the name of the film on your submission.
